Believe Chrsitmas Card
Hello Crafters! It's Kimberly with a fun Christmas card featuring the Kat Scrappiness 'Believe' brush script die. Also, I used the Hero Arts Color Layering Snowy Tree stamp set. I show how to use to create the layered snowy tree in a process video - click Here or watch above.
The card base is a standard top-folding A2 style card ( 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" ) and the light blue panel measures 3 3/4" x 5 1/8". I used the Kat Scappiness Double Stitched Rectangle die set to create this darling frame which makes this card pop; I used the largest die and 3rd from largest die. I added foam adhesive the back of my frame to create dimension.
The feature of the card is the Kat Scappiness 'Believe' brush script die. I used a gold shimmer paper for my sentiment but I did die-cut 2 extra sentiments and glued them all together with Ranger Multi Matte Medium to give my sentiment some weight. I used foam adhesive to adhere my sentiment to my card. I love all the dimension this card has.
Here is a close up of the Snowy Tree; I love all the detail. I used a white puff embossing powder on my tree and for the snow background. To create the snow fall background I used the Echo Park Snow Fall Stencil; I used a blending tool and white pigment ink with the stencil. I show the details in the process video. As a final step I added some shimmer to my tree with clear Wink of Stella.
I wanted to thank Kat Scrappiness for allowing me to Guest Design and showcase her wonderful products.
Have a Wonderful Holiday,
